Keeping clean and healthy
Good personal hygiene and keeping healthy is important. To maintain good personal hygiene, you need to make sure you do the following:
- brushing teeth and visiting the dentist
- washing daily
- washing your hands after the toilet
- washing your clothes
- changing the bed
- wearing clothing that is right for the weather
- sleeping well
- visiting the doctors
