Meet and greets

You should be offered a meet and greet before transport starts. This may not always be possible if transport is beginning at short notice.  

The meet and greet is your opportunity to ask any questions and provide any further information which will help your child to have a comfortable journey.  Any expected behaviour issues should be shared with the transport provider. This will help to prevent dysregulation.   

You may wish to share information about your child with the operator. It is important to establish how this information will be stored by the transport provider.
