You should receive a response within 15 days confirming whether transport has been agreed.
For transport beginning in September, you will receive communication within 15 days which confirms whether transport has been agreed. You will then receive a further communication in July with details about your specific transport provider.
For transport beginning immediately, you should receive all information within 15 days, including details of the transport provider. The transport provider will make contact with you.
The transport provider sets up routes and allocates passengers to shared vehicles. They are responsible for knowing the start and end times of the school day, term dates and other key dates like non pupil days.
