Copies of all reports and information must be shared:
- with parents, carers and all those invited to the meeting
- at least two weeks before the date of the meeting
This is so that everyone has enough time to read and understand what will be discussed.
Time and thought should be given at this point as to how to support the family to gather their ideas and plan for the meeting.
Every family will have a different starting point and this support will look different for each family.
