Written report after the meeting

Within two weeks, a written report must be shared with the local authority and everyone who was invited to the annual review meeting.

The report must set out recommendations for the EHCP. This can mean:

  • the EHCP stays the same for the next year
  • amendments are made to the EHCP
  • the EHCP is not continued

It should include any difference between the school or other institution’s recommendations and those of others attending the meeting.
