Overview
Feedback from parents and young people with SEND helps us to improve the Local Offer website. This includes:
- user research activities
- feedback from the Essex Family Forum, parent carer support groups, SENDIASS and education settings
- feedback directly from families, including emails and comments at roadshows
- family feedback received by other practitioners and partners

We publish a summary of comments and actions taken in response on this website. This guide will be updated throughout the year.
