Overview
In 2023, we had input from parents and young people with SEND to improve our Local Offer website. This includes:
- user research activities
- feedback from the Essex Family Forum, parent carer support groups and SEND IASS
- direct feedback from families, including emails and comments at roadshows
- family feedback received by other practitioners and partners
