The 3H Foundation

A charity offering group holidays for disabled people and respite for their carers

How it can help

The 3H Foundation offers subsidised group holidays for people with disabilities. They allow people to holiday without their usual carers.

The 3H Foundation also offer grants to low income families to allow them to organise their own holiday.

The 3H Foundation carers' programme provides carers with short respite breaks. They also offer respite spa days. Grants are available.

They also have a TeensPLUS programme. It provides young people aged 13 to 25 with home-based activity challenges. They also offer support to young carers by providing home-based activity hampers.
