The 3H Foundation offers subsidised group holidays for people with disabilities. Their group holiday programme and holiday grants enable people to holiday without their usual carers.
The 3H Foundation carers' programme provides carers with short respite breaks. They also offer carer grants.
The TeensPLUS programme provides young people aged 13 to 25 with home-based activity challenges. They also work with schools and youth organisations to arrange funded activities and day trips.
