Adult Social Care is there to assist those with care and support needs. Help could include providing:
- support with needs as a result of a disability
- equipment to help independent living
- support to carers
- a personal budget

Open to all adults finding it difficult to look after themselves and manage everyday tasks. A care needs assessment will determine whether care and support from Adult Social Care is needed.
