How it can help

Outreach is a service to help you with any aspects of your life you may need some extra support with. 

It is specialised one to one support provided within a home or organisation which is not managed by Autism Anglia (not one of their supported living or residential establishments). They provide a consistent approach with support that is individualised to the person's needs and goals.

We accept direct referrals, or support can be privately funded or funded through local authority through direct payment/personal budget.

A referral for this will need to be made to social care, who will complete financial and care assessments prior to approving funding.
