A play bus which has been converted to provide accessible and supervised play for under fives, including children with special needs.
How it can help
It provides pre-school children with an opportunity to play, socialise and have fun in comfortable and safe surroundings under the guidance of qualified playleaders. Parents, grandparents and carers can relax and make friends within their own communities or just "chill out" and enjoy seeing their children having fun.
There are a number of toys and activities on board, including:
- painting
- playing with sand
- dressing up clothes
- story corner
- ball pond
- role play area
- Brio train set
- games
They also offer seasonal activities such as planting seeds or making a craft item.
