The Change Project - Relationship Counselling Services

The Change Project offers relationship counselling to children, young people and families.

How it can help

Offer counselling for young people and children. This can help:

  • children make sense of their feelings, thoughts and behaviours
  • support children to be able to deal with difficulties in their home and/or school environment
  • build confidence, resilience and self-esteem

The service also offer family counselling. You can talk to family counsellors individually or as a family.

 

Age

4 to 18, or up to 25 for young people with additional needs.

For people aged 4 to 18, or up to 25 for young people with additional needs.

How to access

Counselling for children or young people is available in many schools across Essex for free.
