How it can help
Children's Social Care is there to help children with care and support needs. There are different levels of support depending on your child’s needs. Social Care will work with you and your child to understand your child’s needs and decide what support would help.
Support could include:
- help in the home with personal care
- access to leisure facilities, such as days out or day centres
- home adaptations and equipment
