Provides specialist nursing care, symptom management support, short breaks, wellbeing activities, therapies and counselling. Can offer families flexibility and control over where they receive their care and support.

0 to 18

Eligibility

Children and young people from birth up to and including the age of 18. They also provide support for parents, carers, siblings, grandparents, and sometimes close friends.

Self-referral or be referred by a health professional by contacting the hospice by telephone, email, or via the website.
