Essex Music Therapy Services

Provides music therapy to children and adults across the East Anglia, as part of the Suffolk Music Therapy Services.

How it can help

The music therapists are specially trained to work with people with a range of needs. Through the intervention of music, they are able to work with people of all ages and abilities.

Music therapy helps people find ways of expressing themselves, improve communication, functional skills, such as speech, gross and fine movement.

Music therapy can also help increase an individual's confidence, social skills, sense of worth and can also help with their emotional mental health.
