Fit For All create opportunities for everyone to access high quality, inclusive fitness through 1 to 1 personal training or small group sessions. They can also provide professional support and guidance to gyms and PE departments on how to support those with SEND to be physically active.
Fit For All programs promote positive physical and mental health and wellbeing. They offer mainstream exercises led by a highly experienced SEND professional.
