How it can help
Get Set for Work offers the following support:
- support for employers who want to create a more inclusive workplace
- job coaching in the workplace for individuals with learning disabilities
- support to overcome barriers to accessing the workplace
Support is offered in a number of ways including through providing a dedicated family support officer, meet the employer lunch sessions and providing dedicated job coaches.
