How it can help
This Girl's Ability seeks to tackle loneliness by encouraging meaningful relationships with peers, assisting in the prevention and management of poor mental health, and enhancing physical well-being.
Activities and sessions include:
- Weekly multi-sports session at Writtle University College. Term-time sessions on Saturdays 9.30 am - 10.30 am
- Weekly fun football session at Chelmsford County High School for Girls. Term-time sessions on Saturdays 11 am - 12 pm.
