Harlow Fields works with children and young people with severe, moderate and complex needs including autism and sensory impairments.
Harlow Fields has specialist facilities, including a hydrotherapy pool, soft play and interactive learning rooms.
Pupils have access to a wide range of therapies and specialist interventions, including speech and language therapy, physiotherapy and occupational therapy, music therapy and reflexology.
Harlow Fields is a day school. It does not have residential facilities.

Eligibility
To apply to a special school, a pupil must have:
- an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
- complex, high needs that cannot be met in a mainstream setting.
How to access
Pupils are placed at Harlow Fields School and College by the Local Authority through the EHCP process.
For a child to be admitted, the school must be named, by their home local authority, in the child’s Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
