Havens Hospices provides palliative nursing and supportive care to adults and children living with complex or incurable conditions
How it can help
Havens Hospices care for the individual's physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs. There is no cost to their care services - their hospice care exists because of the support and generosity of the community.
The Care Teams can support them and their family living throughout illness, death and bereavement, either in the comfort of their own home or in one of their hospices.
Their services include:
- Little Havens - 0 to 18 years old
- Fair Havens - 18+
- Hospice at home - providing respite and end of life care for all ages in their own home
