How it can help
Hertfordshire FASD Support Network supports parents and carers of children with FASD. Whilst based in Hertfordshire, they support families in Essex through:
- virtual meetings
- dedicated helpline on Thursdays 10am to 4pm
- online resources
- email support
- regular newsletter
- bi-monthly coffee mornings
They also run FASD Club. FASD Club is an opportunity for:
- children and young people with FASD to meet and learn about their condition and coping strategies
- parents and carers to meet and access information and support
