How it can help

Hertfordshire FASD Support Network supports parents and carers of children with FASD. Whilst based in Hertfordshire, they support families in Essex through:

  • virtual meetings
  • dedicated helpline on Thursdays 10am to 4pm
  • online resources
  • email support
  • regular newsletter
  • bi-monthly coffee mornings

They also run FASD Club. FASD Club is an opportunity for:

  • children and young people with FASD to meet and learn about their condition and coping strategies
  • parents and carers to meet and access information and support
