Navigate is a digital service where sessions for parents and carers are delivered over the phone or virtually. 

Age

Parents and carers of children under 18 years old

Eligibility

They support parents and carers who;

  • live in England and Wales
  • have a child either diagnosed with a disability within the past 12 months or are on the pathways to a diagnosis
  • the child is under 18 years old

How to access

Parents can either complete the form online or contact the service via the phone number

The Navigate office is open weekdays, 9am - 5pm.

Appointments with the advisor can take place outside of these office hours, and include weekday evenings or Saturday mornings.
