A free community mental health support group for teens and young adults.

How it can help

Neurodivergent Safe Space offer support and guidance to help improve mental health needs. They also offer:

  • social opportunities to connect with peers, including a weekly club and trips out
  • encouragement and opportunities to boost confidence and self-esteem
  • advice on legal rights, treatment options, and finding the right mental health support
  • support with joining the Neurodiverse and wider community
  • training for professionals to provide effective, neurodiversity-affirming support
  • education for public service providers and the community on neurodiversity
