Following an assessment by a health or social care professional, Medequip loans prescribed equipment to help children and young people live independently. The service includes:
- delivery
- installing equipment
- servicing
- repairs
- collecting equipment
The Integrated Community Equipment Loan Service is a social care and NHS funded service provided by Medequip.

Eligibility
Children and young people who have a long term disability are eligible for an assessment.
How to access
Self refer by completing a request for support form or phoning the Children and Families Hub: 0345 603 7627. Alternatively, request a referral from your GP.
