How it can help
They offer a relaxed place to work, helping people gain confidence and learn all the skills needed to run a café. They offer a comfortable environment so confidence can be built before moving on to other tasks.
Trainees learn:
- customer service
- taking and serving orders
- using the till
- coffee making
- food prep
They also provide social meet ups under their charity Phab Life, including:
- games
- craft
- vinyl evenings
- meals out
- cinema trips
