Royal Society for Blind Children (RSBC)

RSBC support families with blind or partially sighted children and young people.

How it can help

From the point of diagnosis and beyond, RSBC provide:

  • guidance and practical support to families
  • support with educational needs
  • pathways to employment, including mentoring and work experience opportunities
  • clubs, events and family fun days
  • assistance with accessing and using technology to support learning and independence

The Families First Service has family practitioners based in different regions across the UK.

Open to all blind and partially sighted children 0 to 25 and their families.
