Samaritans

A service that offers support to those struggling to cope or have been affected by suicide by phone, online or via their app.

How it can help

Samaritans runs a helpline for a safe place for anyone to talk to any time, about whatever is affecting you.

There are also several branches where you can meet someone face-to-face, email or write a letter. They also have a self-help app that helps track how you are feeling, and to get recommendations for things to help you cope, feel better and stay safe in a crisis.
