SENCAPS Peer Support Group

A support group for parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

How it can help

SENCAPS Peer Support Group runs coffee mornings twice a month. These are an opportunity for parents and carers to meet with those who share similar experiences.

Their coffee morning offer:

  • an opportunity to meet other parents and carers
  • visits from professionals involved with SEND
  • useful information and advice
  • a chance to have your questions answered
  • a safe space to speak to others
  • free parking and refreshments
  • help with SEND related paperwork or forms

These are child free sessions, but parents and carers are welcome to bring family or friends with them for support.
