Tickets

Carers pay half price. Carers must be over the age of 18 to be responsible for anyone they wish to accompany, assist and care for.

Parking

Sea Life Adventure does not have its own car park. There is a large council, pay and display car park near the entrance which has disabled parking.

Wheelchair access and mobility

Sea Life Adventure consider the attraction wheelchair accessible with a carer. All wheelchair users must provide their own equipment. Wheelchairs can be obtained locally from Southend tourist information centre. You can book by calling 01702 215120.

Guide dogs

The criteria for dogs is as follows:

  • all dogs must be registered medical assistance dogs.
  • all dogs must be highly trained (with at least four years training). Proof, in the form of an ID book, will be required.
  • they must not wander freely around the park and must sit quietly on the floor next to their owner.
  • all dogs must wear a recognisable harness and identifying coat.
  • dogs must be muzzled at all times.

Toilets

A disabled toilet is located in the yellow beach hut in the main foyer.
