How it can help
Step Out Essex are a social community group. It is an inclusive peer support group set up to support those with ASD, ADHD, anxiety and/or mental health challenges. They run regular events including:
- quiz nights
- pub nights
- dinners out
- games nights
- arts and crafts
- a monthly social night
