How it can help
Together Matters provide workshops, training and written resources to give ideas to people with learning disabilities, their families and supporters.
They aim to give people the information and tools they need to plan for a better future based on what’s important to them at different times in their lives.
Together Matters have produced a number of guides, which help young people with disabilities and their families in talking about and planning for the future and preparing to be part of the world of work. They have also produced a guide to help those with physical disabilities plan for adult life. You can access these guides in the Resources and Information section on their website.
