Parents and young people told us want clear simple language and information.

The language we used sometimes made it difficult for parents and young people to find what they were looking for. For example ‘know your rights’ as a heading was too ambiguous. The heading ‘help available at every school’ did not include young people not at school.

We made changes to the language to help parents and young people find what they needed as quickly as possible.
