What to do when you’re moving home

When you’re moving home, there are a few things you need to do. 

This includes: 

• speaking to your child’s nursery, school or college 
• speaking to the Education Awards Team, if using school transport
• transferring an EHCP, if your child has one 
• transferring healthcare services 
• informing social care 

Even if you’re not moving far, it’s important to do this to avoid losing contact with any services you use.
