How it can help
WARMS is Mind's Wellbeing and Resilience Mental Health Service. They provide young people at linked schools and their families support around mental health and emotional wellbeing. Support includes:
Primary School support
- parent led support around your child's worries and anxiety
- parent groups
- workshops
- transition support for pupils who need extra help with change
Secondary school support
- 6-8 individual sessions around low mood and anxiety
- parent/carer support with understanding how to support your child
- groups about low mood, anxiety and building resilience
