How it can help
Dream the Change is a Community Interest Company (CIC) which offer extracurricular centres for children with SEND are adapted to meet their needs and also function as a respite for families. The group also aims to promote the principles of inclusion by ensuring that diversity of children of all abilities, ethnic backgrounds and ages is respected and valued.
The group aims to provide informational resources to families, sign post parents and carers to available services and ensure families who have family member with SEND have equal access to culturally and linguistically appropriate information, resources and services.
