How it can help
Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service runs drop in play groups for children aged 0 to 5 years old in Chelmsford and Braintree.
The sessions are aimed at children who may benefit from a calmer environment and who may experience sensory overload. Sessions are inclusive.
Relaxed play group sessions take place at:
- Chelmsford West Family Hub
- Carousel Family Hub
