An early support service for families in the Castle Point and Rochford areas.
How it can help
Family navigators offer early support to families for up to 6 weeks. The support takes place in the home and the community. They offer:
- signposting
- engagement with new services/activities in your area
- support to attend appointments
Age
Pre birth to 18 or up to 25 with an EHCP
Eligibility
Open to all who are not part of a Team Around The Family or open to Family Solutions or Social Care
