Phab

Supports children, young people and adults with and without disabilities.

How it can help

Phab aim to break down community barriers, reduce social isolation, and create opportunities for disabled people to enjoy the same activities and challenges as, and alongside, those without a disability.

There are around 140 clubs across England and Wales. Each club offers different activities for children, young people and adults with disabilities. These are run by local volunteers. Phab clubs have also been set up within universities and schools which are run by their students.

Phab has two wheelchair accessible holiday homes located at Waterside Holiday Park and Spa beside the sandy beach at Bowleaze Cove in Weymouth, Dorset.
