A group of doctors who provide assessment, diagnosis and management of children and young people in the West Essex area with developmental, learning and behavioural difficulties
Supports families with children and young people aged 0 to 25 years with any special need or disability. No formal diagnosis or professional referral is needed to access SNAP services.
Supports children and young people with a learning disability and/or autism, children with a physical and/or sensory impairment through sport and leisure activities across West Essex.
